Dissemination within schools:

  • Permanent display panel for Erasmus+ informative purposes.

  • School websites updated after each project meeting (photos/description).

  • The idea of the Erasmus+ project was explained to the teaching staff during the special meeting.

  • Information about the project, the rules of application for the students and responsibilities connected with the project exchangewere written in the form of school document.

  • Regular information provided /report on the project progress to the head of school and the teachers.

  • Leaflets with the information about the project for all students and their families .

  • Meetings with the parents before organizing/ leaving for the project meeting.

  • Students who participatedin the project – prepared reports andthe presentations fortheir classes and younger student who will apply to participate in the project the following year.

  • The content and results of the project were incorporated into school curriculum while special “European orientation” classes with the rest of the students.

 

Dissemination to the public

  • Open Day – presentations to the prospective students and their parents about Erasmus+ project

  • Information for/regular contact with the local authorities /Board of Education responsible for the Erasmus+ management in the respective cities.

  • Participating in the conferences /disseminating events e.g Conference of school innovative experiences (IES ALGARB), Erasmus+ Educational Exchange of Best Practices– preparing information point and leaflets about the project Cities (Poland).
